Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 29, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of SolidRock Westland Concrete ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services Provided
SolidRock Westland Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, and other related concrete work in Westland, MI and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of project feasibility.
3. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, weather delays, or unforeseen circumstances discovered during the project. We will communicate any significant price changes before proceeding with work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typical payment schedules include a deposit upon contract signing, progress payments during the project, and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods as specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeframe and will communicate any delays promptly.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage from improper use, neglect, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Concrete may develop minor cracks as it cures and settles, which is considered normal and not covered under warranty.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the work site, obtaining necessary permissions from homeowner associations or property managers, marking underground utilities, and removing any items that may interfere with the work. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
SolidRock Westland Concrete shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies will be outlined in your project contract. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun or materials have been ordered. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible to minimize charges.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
